Tiana is passionate about dedicating her time to helping others promote their health and well-being. She seeks to always apply an individualised and realistic approach to assist in
developing effective and manageable health goals. She understands that food is much more than just fuel for the body and is an essential part of connecting with others. Despite the
cliché, Tiana believes all foods can be enjoyed in moderation and this is the foundation for building healthy food habits.
Graduating with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours), Tiana has experience in both local and interstate settings with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. She has also collaborated with Flinders University, the Caring for Futures Institute, the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute and the National Allergy Strategy to research the management of food allergies and anaphylaxis in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector. In addition to her interest in food allergies and intolerances, she can provide assistance to manage a variety of health conditions. Tiana aims to empower all her clients to improve their quality of life and is confident she will be able to help navigate you through the confusing world of nutrition.
In her spare time, Tiana enjoys going to boxing classes with her friends, going out for coffee on the weekend, spending time with her family and partner, baking sweet treats, playing with her miniature dachshund Lexi and planning her next adventure.
